Task 1 of AS Media Coursework, Skills Audit
From the skills audit I can identify areas that need improvement. The main area is the usage of an Apple Mac as I have not had the opportunity to use one before. The learning aspects of tasks such as "copy and paste" will be easy to learn and getting my own digital camera is also plausible. However, learning to use InDesign and Photoshop will take longer. Scanning images to a Mac is most likely similar to that of a PC, of which I know how to do. I can also learn how to upload images to a Mac as this will be helpful when designing a magazine.
